Eating Through The Day

Today I’m giving you a peek at what I eat.

As a busy working wife and mom, I keep quick, easy, and nutritious meals in my rotation. None of the meals shown took long to prepare but they were all delicious and filling. So filling, I didn’t even have room for after dinner dessert. Check it out!

Breakfast

Dessert

I was so satisfied after dinner, I had no room for dessert which would’ve been 3 Oreo cookies + glass of Rice Milk.
